Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused, with original tags intact.
  • Returned in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Any product returned without meeting the above criteria may be denied and sent back at your expense.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date you received the product. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Initiating a Return

To start a return request, please email us at support@bioryo.com and include:

  • Your order number and full name.
  • A clear description of the issue or reason for the return.
  • Proof of purchase (email confirmation or order receipt).
  • Photos or videos of the item, especially if it is damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Once we receive your request, we will review it within 72 business hours and provide step-by-step instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

In most cases:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage during delivery), we will cover the return shipping cost and may provide a prepaid return label.
  • Original shipping fees from the initial order are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt until your return is confirmed.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following situations:

  • Defective items.
  • Items damaged during transit.
  • Incorrect items or sizes received.

If your order falls into one of these categories, contact us at support@bioryo.com with details, and we’ll work with you to provide a replacement as quickly as possible.

Additional Return Conditions

We reserve the right to reject returns or issue partial refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage not caused by us.
  • Items returned without original packaging or with missing parts.

In these cases, we will notify you of the decision and reasoning. If a return is denied, the item may be returned to you at your request (additional shipping costs will apply).
