All content on Bioryo—including gym apparel designs, product photography, website copy, and logos—is either owned by us or used with permission from our partners.

2. WHAT CONSTITUTES COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT?

Copyright infringement occurs when a copyrighted work is reproduced, distributed, performed, publicly displayed, or made into a derivative work without the permission of the copyright owner. Examples include:

• Using our professional product photos of gym wear on another website.
• Copying our unique athletic apparel designs or patterns.
• Reproducing our specific “About Us” or product description text for commercial gain.

3. HOW TO FILE A DMCA NOTICE

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on our site infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail):

4. WHERE TO SEND COMPLAINTS

Please send all DMCA notices to our designated agent. To ensure a prompt response, please use the subject line: “DMCA Notice – [Your Name/Company Name]”.

5. OUR REVIEW PROCESS

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will:

• Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
• Notify the individual who posted the material that it has been removed.
• In appropriate cases, we may edit content to remove only the infringing portion while keeping the rest of the service active.

6. FALSE OR FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees. If you are unsure whether the material you are reporting is in fact infringing, you may wish to contact an attorney before filing a notice with us.

7. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

Bioryo takes intellectual property seriously. It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate the accounts or access of users, partners, or vendors who are “repeat infringers.” We define a repeat infringer as any user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had infringing material removed from the site on more than two occasions.
