When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we’ve received your returned item and inspected it, we’ll issue your refund. This typically happens within 14 days from the time your return arrives at our facility.

How Will I Be Refunded?

Refunds are sent back to the original payment method you used — credit card, PayPal, etc. Please allow your bank an additional 3–5 business days to process and reflect the funds.

Are There Any Deductions?

A few things to keep in mind:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If the return wasn’t caused by an error on our end, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
