At Bioryo, we understand that getting your gym gear quickly is essential to your fitness journey. We are committed to delivering your high-performance apparel as efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timeframes, and costs.
1. SHIPPING OVERVIEW & COSTS
We offer Standard Shipping for all orders within our supported regions (primarily the United States).
- Flat Shipping Fee: $6.99 per order.
- Shipping Partners: We work with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely.
2. ORDER PROCESSING (Handling)
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
*Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
3. TRANSIT TIME (Delivery)
Transit Time: 2 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery: Typically 3 – 7 Business Days from the moment you place your order.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your gym apparel is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the provided tracking information.
5. ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Please double-check your street number, apartment/suite number, and zip code before finalizing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact support@bioryo.com immediately. We cannot change the address once the order is with the carrier.
6. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
A package is considered “Delivered” once marked by the carrier’s tracking system. If tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
7. DELAYS, LOST, OR DAMAGED GOODS
- Delays: Occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or technical issues.
- Damaged Items: Please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
- Lost Packages: If not moving for more than 10 business days, we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement/refund.
8. ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS
Items may ship from different facilities. You will receive separate tracking numbers at no extra cost.
9. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
You must contact us within 2 hours of placement. After this window, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
10. HOLIDAY SHIPPING
During peak seasons, handling and transit times may extend. Check our website for “Order by” holiday deadlines.
11. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
If returned due to incorrect address or refusal, the customer may be responsible for original shipping fees and reshipping costs.
