Return & Refund Policy

1. RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your gym apparel must meet the following conditions:

• Condition: The item must be new, unworn, and unwashed. It must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Tags & Packaging: The item must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
• Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, items showing signs of heavy use, sweat, or makeup stains will not be accepted.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
• Items that have been laundered or altered.
• Gift cards.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Support: Email us at support@bioryo.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request. If accepted, we will send you the return shipping address and instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.

5. RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

Restocking Fees: $0.00. We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.

Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund is approved or rejected based on the item’s condition.
• Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
• Refund Credit: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 business days.

7. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get the right size or color is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:

• Contact us at support@bioryo.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos of the damage or the incorrect item received.
• We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no cost to you.

9. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. First, check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. Once the order has moved into the fulfillment/shipping stage, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return process must be followed.
