If you notice an error in your address, please email support@bioryo.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot change the destination.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of order placement. After this window, the order enters our automated fulfillment system and cannot be stopped.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
We apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We will ship the correct item to you at no extra cost.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Are there any return fees?
We do not charge restocking fees ($0.00). However, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
